Take the bad men away - they scare me

Our apologies to any purists out there - we're going by the 1990 movie to mark its 20th Anniversary this summer. & the thing in which we are 'going by' refers to our question: who was your favorite gangster in the movie?
I may be alone in this, but my favorites were set in stone even before I saw the film, due to the heavy-handed McDonald's campaign & Playmates action figures. Needless to say, I was initially upset to see that these characters that I grew to love in a span of just a couple weeks were given very little screen time (a grievance I recovered from over several years). But my love for these supporting-supporting characters never waned; on the contrary, my infatuation with one in particular cost me an even $500 once upon a paycheck...

Just let me watch the film again and I'll come back with a vote.

I also was big into the characters before I had seen the movie. Even though I was of course born the year of its release, I still somehow found Dick Tracy and I was a big fan when I was a youngster. I can barely remember the movie now, but I DO however still remember my favorite villain: Prune Face, followed by my visual favorite Little Face.
